Since 2003, Georgia Interfaith Power & Light (GIPL) has helped congregations save precious energy. Thanks to recent federal and state funding, GIPL has even greater tools and resources to help your congregation use power wisely. We are now enrolling congregations across the state of Georgia in a comprehensive, groundbreaking project to help your facility save money by reducing your power bills each month.
For a modest fee of $100 to $300, Power Wise will provide:

All this is possible through a $400,000 federal grant from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the Federal Stimulus Program) administered by the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA), and an additional $200,000 match from The Kendeda Fund.
The American Recovery And Reinvestment Act of 2009 (“ARRA”) provides federal grants and loans for projects throughout the country.
