Bike for Breakfast May 31

Ride your bike and join us for breakfast as we celebrate our
efforts to bike to work during the month of May.
Bike for Breakfast will take place in the church parking lot of the First Christian Church
(Disciples of Christ) in Decatur.
We’re providing coffee and pastries from local, delicious, and allergen-friendly bakeries. Bicycle South is also setting up a mobile bike repair tent for participants, and we'll have giveaways of cool GIPL swag.
We’ll also announce the results of our Bike
Month Challenge. Kate, our Director of Congregational Support, has been biking to work since she joined our staff in January, and she has challenged the rest of the staff and GIPL supporters to do the same.
Biking to work reflects our commitment as people of faith to care for creation. It saves precious energy and helps us get outside to enjoy Creation! You can keep up with the Bike Month Challenge by following the "bicycles" tag on our blog.
Even if you don't ride your bike, come join us to celebrate and
