Join Us!

If your congregation is interested in becoming a member of Georgia Interfaith Power & Light, please download our new Congregational Covenant. The idea behind the covenant is that membership in GIPL involves a commitment both on our part and on your part. We covenant to provide you with resources, support your work, and help you become better stewards of Creation. Your congregation, in turn, covenants to taking part in your choice of energy conservation measures.

We ask that each congregation have at least one Congregational Representative (and hopefully at least three) that will be a contact person for us and commit to helping their congregation implement their covenantal commitments. Please make sure to include the name and contact information for your congregation's representative on the covenant and mail it to us, along with your contribution.

If you are interested in GIPL, but don't yet have the resources to join up your entire congregation, consider signing our Individual Covenant and commiting to take some action for Creation on your own! If you would like to support GIPL, please consider making a tax-deductible donation today. If you would like to make a gift donation in a friend or family member's name, we will send them a special notification on a card made of seeded-paper that can be planted.
